MSDEV is a MultiSurf utility that reads in ruling files (.RUL) of developable panels made by MultiSurf and outputs a DXF and/or text file of the expanded shapes of those panels. Panel marks include the positions of contours, snakes, magnets and rings transferred from MultiSurf and/or rulings. MultiSurf and MSDEV are so robust that, with reasonable care and NC-cutting, you can expect millimeter accuracy in the fit-up of all parts of a developable model created with them. |
